Fine Barber Blue Shaving Soap provides exactly that, along with an all-time classic aftershave fragrance beloved by shaving aficionados of all generations.  As nostalgic and refreshing as a barbershop scent can be, this effervescent fougere features crisp top notes of lemon, lime, and orange layered over hints of herbs, florals, and leather.
 
To use, first (1) load your thoroughly dampened shaving brush with soap by vigorously working it over the product surface for 10 to 15 seconds. Then (2) build a lather with continued vigorous brushwork in a bowl, or directly on your face - until no large bubbles remain. (3) Proceed with shaving, and enjoy!

I personally will never buy a can of shaving cream again. This soap is wonderful and does the job to perfection!

Excellent soap - classic scent

Soap performance was top tier. The scent brought me back to the classic colognes I loved back in the 1960's, like my favorite: Monsieur de Givenchy. I would describe it as gentlemanly, sophisticated and classy. One might say ReFINEd. Rick E.

Spectacular

As with all Fine soaps, the lather is thick, gooey, and creamy, and very easy and quick to create. I've utilized both face lathering and bowl lathering with Fine soaps, and they're among the best of any soaps I've ever tried. The smell of this one, however, is what prompted me to write this review. It's absolutely wonderful--by far the best barbershop scent I've ever tried. I wish I could give this one 10 stars!
