Ordering & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50 and Canadian orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for $8.00 (US) or $10.00 (Canada).
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 12pm EST typically ship the same business day. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US. Canadian orders take 7-14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Products
What does this fragrance smell like?
Each Fine fragrance has a unique scent profile. Check the Scent Profile section on each product page for detailed top, heart, and base notes.
How long does the scent last?
Our aftershaves typically last 2-4 hours on the skin. For longer-lasting fragrance, pair with our matching Eau de Toilette, which lasts 6-8 hours. Scent longevity varies by skin type and environment.
What is the difference between aftershave and cologne?
Aftershave (splash) is applied after shaving to soothe, hydrate, and lightly scent the skin. It has a lighter fragrance concentration (1-3%). Eau de Toilette (cologne) is a standalone fragrance with higher concentration (5-15%) designed for all-day wear. Many customers use both.
Is this safe for sensitive skin?
Fine products contain no artificial colors, parabens, or phthalates, and are not tested on animals. Our formulations are designed to soothe and hydrate. If you have specific allergies, check the Ingredients section on each product page.
How many ingredients are in your products?
We keep it simple. Most of our aftershaves contain only 4 ingredients. We believe in premium ingredients, not long ingredient lists.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Love your shave, or get your money back. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact us for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at hello@finegroomingbrands.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.
