We stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused product for a full refund of the purchase price.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hello@finegroomingbrands.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide a return shipping label (US orders) or return instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

CONDITIONS

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return (hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Sale items are final sale unless defective

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at hello@finegroomingbrands.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
